News: MechWarrior Tactical Command Announced

What with the a PC freemium game on the way, it seems that MechWarrior license needs to be violated further. This time in the form of an iOS game called MechWarrior Tactical Command that sounds to partially hark back to the halcyon days of MechCommander. Whilst the trailer below is probably not in-game footage, it looks more “classic” in terms of the designs at least. We’re not sure about the cock rock soundtrack on the trailer though, sounds awfully compensatory. In any case, no word on a specific release date as yet but it will be sometime next year.
I take a serious and personal
offense to the concept of the MechWarrior franchise being violated and I demand an explanation for such a biased and unwarranted statement.
It may be a good idea to wait until the online project has reached a milestone before saying the license is being violated.
